The Piaget World Snow Polo Championship is a two day event.
Day One: December 19th will be an exciting Polo Exhibition where both horse and player acquaint themselves to their Colorado surroundings.
Day Two: December 20th will be the Finals of the Piaget World Snow Polo Championship 2013. Which will be a round-robin style three team match. The teams being Audi, St.Regis and Piaget Polo teams. The teams will consist of top players from around the world including Nacho Figueras, Nic Roldan and Facundo Pieres. All will be competing for the last points available in the The World Polo Tour.
All proceeds benifit Sopris Therapy Services and Aspen Sister Cities.
Sopris Therapy Services is a non-profit organization that provides Equine Assisted Therapy and rehabilitation in a ranch setting to children and adults with various disabilities. STS has touched the lives of patients and clients in the Roaring Fork Valley since 1994. Their special programs include Hippotherapy, Therapeutic Riding, traditional Physical Therapy, children’s summer camps, and Disabled Veterans Programs.
Aspen Sister Cities mission is to share ideas and cultures through the international exchange of students & community members from Aspen and Aspen's respective sister cities.
